Dr. Zackary T. Faber, is a product of the local school district (Chesnut Hill, West Hollow, and Half Hollow Hills HS East). Dr. Zack Faber went to college at The Johns Hopkins University.


After college, Dr. Faber followed his father and grandfather to the Baltimore College of Dental Surgery, University of Maryland. His orthodontic training was completed at the University of Connecticut for his Master’s Degree and orthodontic certificate.

An avid golfer, Dr. Faber also has run half-marathons, played soccer, lacrosse, and football.

Dr. Faber is an active member of the American Association of Orthodontists and the Suffolk County Dental Society. Dr. Faber serves as a member of the Board of Delegates to the Suffolk County Dental Society. Dr. Faber is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics.    

Dr. Faber is a member of the North Atlantic Component of the Edward H. Angle Society.

Dr. Zack Faber is an Associate Clinical Professor at the SUNY Stony Brook School of Dental Medicine.

Dr. Zack is married to Brooke. Brooke grew up in Syosset and is a graduate of St. Anthony's High School in Dix Hills. Brooke graduated from Bryant College in Rhode Island with a BS in Finance and completed her MBA at Hofstra University. Zack and Brooke have 2 sons, Austin and Grant.
